Intelligence Netcare Sdn. Bhd. (“Inetcare”) incorporated September 13, 2005. Initially, the Company commenced its operations as an engineering and communication consultant. The Management Team, which possessed extensive experience in the electrical, engineering and communication fields, guided the Company towards becoming a reputable engineering and communication consultant. Through their efforts, the Company secured substantial contract.
For the past 13 years, Inetcare aggressively play our role in realizing the rural connectivity and IT services. Inetcare has been successfully delivered few signature projects within the MCMC/TM USP. With years of experience in providing complete wireless network infrastructure solutions, network infrastructure design, implementation, maintenance, support, management, and performance monitoring services, proposes to leverage the experience to deliver high-quality services.

IR. AZIZI A. HADI
Chief Executive Officer
Appointed as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 17 Feb 2025. With over 36 years of experience in technology and commercial sectors across both fixed and mobile organizations, our CEO brings deep expertise in strategic leadership, financial oversight, and corporate governance. He is responsible for steering the company’s overall direction, including major strategic initiatives, financial decisions, legal compliance, and corporate policies.

RAFINGEI AHMAD
Chief Operating Officer
Appointed as Chief Operating Officer and responsible for operational matters including procurement, vendor agreements, operational contracts, resource allocation, human resource and administration. Has over 20 years’ experience in ICT industries where prior to INSB, he has been to TM, TMNet, Ofisgate and Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia in various division and roles.

YUSRI MOHAMED
Business Development
With a solid background in business and management consulting and a proven record in delivering successful client projects, he offers expertise in developing innovative strategies to tackle complex business challenges. His work is driven by deep industry knowledge, a commitment to client satisfaction, and a focus on building stakeholder relationships while enhancing processes and outcomes.

ZAMZURI SHARAIE
Head of Project
Head of Project is responsible for the successful, planning, design and applying appropriate project management standards, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of project. He is also responsible for managing the Technical and Operation of Network Operation Centre and it is deliverable.

NURUL ZUZIEANA ZAINOL
Head of NOC
Head of NOC is responsible for managing the Network Operation Centre to meet the required SLA and to optimise the efficiency of helpdesk monitoring, and reporting.
