Management Team

Appointed as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 July 2013. In his role as the CEO, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall growth of INSB by working with the Board of Directors and other management team members to establish organizational goals, strategic plans and policies. He leads the Management Team in developing and executing all activities across all divisions and functions within the organization.

He is responsible to oversee all operational and financial activities under TM USP project and also responsible in strategic planning, manpower optimization, operational excellence and corporate relations for the company. Has over 20 years’ experience in ICT industries where prior to INSB, he has been to TM, TMNet, Ofisgate and Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia in various division and roles.

As a project manager, he is responsible for the successful, planning, design and applying appropriate project management standards, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of project. He is also responsible for managing the Technical and Operation of Network Operation Centre and it is deliverable.

She is responsible for managing the Network Operation Centre to meet the required SLA and to optimise the efficiency of helpdesk operation, monitoring, and reporting.
